Before you apply you will be asked to read and accept a Data Protection Declaration at the bottom of this page.
When you click the link you will see an online Application Form. Please complete this carefully. Please tick the Gift Aid box if you are eligible as this helps us keep the subscriptions down. Please note that 'Known As'; 'Next of Kin'; and photo are optional.
When you have completed the form you will be taken to the PayPal site where you will be given the choice of paying using your own PayPal account or you can choose to 'Continue as Guest' to pay using your credit or debit card. All payments will be processed through PayPal.
When payment is successfully completed you will receive two emails, one from PayPal and another from us. Our email contains your membership card(s) and important information about newsletters and interest groups. If you can't find it, please check your Junk folder.
I (we) agree to our contact data (address, phone number(s) and email address (if given)) being kept on computer and paper lists for membership records and contact with me(us) by Chesterfield U3A and the Third Age Trust.
