Volunteers are Vital!

Volunteers give their time, abilities and enthusiasm but they also get a lot back in return – friendships, a sense of purpose and development of self confidence and new skills.

We welcome new volunteers and if you would like to know more, request that you get in touch with a committee member to talk about what would interest you.

Some of you have already come forward and we are very grateful for your contributions, whether it be helping with refreshments at meetings, or getting involved with publicity or technical support.
